Stand-Alone Mill
Astrié Like Mill – 50cm
50cm (diameter of the running grinder) offers a capacity of 10 to 15kg of flour per hour and a yield of 80%. This 50cm mill is recommended for a maximum capacity of milling of 30 tons of grains per year. It weighs 130kg.

Astrié Like Mill – 100cm
100cm (diameter of the running grinder) offers a capacity of 20 to 30kg of flour per hour and a yield of 80%. This 100cm mill is recommended for a maximum capacity milling of 100 tons of grains per year. It weighs 800kg.

Summary
As opposed to crushing the grain like modern mills the Astrie brothers mill uses granite stones that shave off the layers of the grain creating the “perfect flour” which is easily digestible and nutritious.
